Mr. Tushar Soodan is an accomplished football coach with extensive experience across various levels. Currently, he serves as Head Coach of ARA FC Reserve team and Assistant Coach for the Senior team.

- 2024-25: Head Coach of Karnavati FC (ARA FC Reserves) and Assistant Coach at ARA FC in the Senior State League, Gujarat.
- 2023-24: Head Coach of Himachal Pradesh in the Santosh Trophy.
- 2023-24: Head of Coaching at Minerva Academy FC.
- 2022-23: Assistant Coach at Techtro Swades United FC (I-League 2) and Head Coach of the U-17 State League.
- 2021-22: Head Coach of Himachal FC (Minerva Academy Reserves) and Elite Youth Coach at Minerva Academy FC.
- 2018-20: U-15 Coach, Senior Team Coach, and Academy Head Coach at United Punjab FC.

Mihir Anjariya
Mr. Mihir Anjariya is a dedicated football coach with a focus on developing young talent. He has managed the U-17 batch at his academy and holds an AFC C Diploma, reflecting his commitment to professional coaching standards.
Mr. Anjariya has demonstrated significant success in his coaching career. He served as the Head Coach for the U-15 team, leading them to victory as GSFA 21-22 Champions. His coaching expertise also guided the team to a Runners-Up position in GSFA 22-23. Most recently, as the U-17 Head Coach, his team achieved 2nd Runners-Up status in GSFA 23-24.

Malhar Jalgaonkar
Mr. Malhar Jalgaonkar brings extensive expertise to his role as a coach, with a focus on youth football development. Currently serving as the Head Coach for the U15 HPP batch, Mr. Jalgaonkar has made significant contributions to the sport.
He holds an AFC C Diploma, which highlights his advanced training and qualifications in football coaching. His notable coaching achievements include leading the ARA U15 team to the Runner-up position in the GSFA 2023-2024 season and serving as Head Coach for the ARA U15 Youth I-League.
In addition to his coaching accolades, Mr. Jalgaonkar has also achieved personal success as the 2nd Runner-Up in the GSFA (2023-24) and represents the ADFA Men's Senior Team for the 2024-25 season.

Puran Bhadauria
Mr. Puran Bhadauria is an accomplished football coach with extensive experience managing young teams. At his academy, he has handled the U-9 HPP and U-13 HPP squads and holds AIFF E, AIFF D, and AFC C licenses.
He has achieved notable success, including serving as Head Coach for the AIFF Sub Junior’s League and GSFA Youth League. His teams won the Blue Cubs League titles in U-10 and U-12 and were Runners-Up in the Goa Super Cup U-14.
Yash Sangani
Mr. Yash Sangani is a skilled goalkeeper coach, managing various categories at the academy. He holds an AFC C Licence, AIFF Goalkeeper Introductory Course, and AFC Goalkeeper Level 1 Licence, reflecting his strong coaching credentials.

Mr. Yash Chudasama is an experienced table tennis coach, currently leading the Under-11 High-Performance Batch at the academy. He has previously coached Under-12 and Under-18 teams and assisted with the Under-15 High-Performance Batch.
He holds C-License, D-License, and E-License certifications and has notable achievements, including:
- Runner-up in the ARA Futures League 2022 (Under-12)
- Runner-up in the Invincibles Derby League 2024 (Under-18)

Saurabh B. Panchal
Mr. Saurabh B. Panchal brings a wealth of experience and a robust educational background to his role in football coaching. With extensive hands-on experience managing various youth teams, he has made significant contributions to the development of young football talent.
Mr. Panchal has successfully handled teams across multiple age groups at his academy, including U13, U14, U15, and U20. His comprehensive approach to coaching ensures that players receive tailored training suited to their developmental stage.
He is well-qualified in football coaching, holding an AFC C Diploma. And his ability to provide high-quality coaching at various levels.

Khushi Sheth
Ms. Khushi Sheth has made a significant impact in youth football coaching with her dedication and expertise. She currently handles the U9 batch at the academy, where her commitment to developing young players is evident.
Ms. Sheth holds a D License, reflecting her formal training and qualifications in football coaching. Her achievements include representing ARA in the State Women’s League and GSFA Futsal. Additionally, she has showcased her skills by representing Ahmedabad in inter-district competitions.

Dawood Shaikh
Mr. Shaikh Dawood brings a wealth of experience and expertise in football, both as a player and coach. With a D License from AIFF, he has made notable contributions to the sport at various levels.
As a player, Mr. Dawood has demonstrated exceptional skill and versatility. He competed in the Under-18 I-League and participated in prestigious tournaments including inter-school state, inter-school national, sub-junior national, inter-school Shaliya Suproto, and inter-college university competitions. His leadership and talent were instrumental in leading his team to win the State Championship in both 2017 and 2018.
In addition to his playing career, Mr. Dawood is actively involved in coaching and grassroots development. He has completed the Khelo India E-Pathshala programs for Grassroots and Intermediate level football, reflecting his commitment to nurturing young talent and advancing the sport at the foundational levels.

Drishti Pant

Meet Patel (Physician)
Mr. Meet Patel is an accomplished sports physiotherapist with extensive experience in managing and supporting athletes. He has handled the senior HPP batch at his academy, showcasing his expertise in high-performance training environments.
Mr. Patel holds an MPT in Sports Physiotherapy, reflecting his advanced qualifications in the field. His notable achievements include working with the I-League 3rd Division team from ARA and serving as a physiotherapist at the 32nd Fencing National Championship (2022-23).
His dedication to athlete care and performance optimization has made a significant impact in his field.
Vishwa Mukeshbhai Thakkar
Mr. Vishwa Mukeshbhai Thakkar holds a BSc in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from UCAM Murcia. With over 3 years of experience in strength and conditioning (S&C), Mr. Thakkar has worked with prominent Spanish football clubs such as Club Cabezo de Torres (1st Regional Division) and Sub-23 teams Alguazas and Espinardo CF. His professional background also includes working at the renowned performance training center, Prefasi ST.
In India, Mr. Thakkar holds AIFF D and AIFF Grassroots coaching licenses, further strengthening his expertise in sports coaching. Currently, he is pursuing an MSc in High Performance Strength and Conditioning, with a focus on training modules specializing in S&C. His commitment to sports performance and conditioning continues to grow as he applies his knowledge to elevate athletes’ performance to new heights.
